Wordfence and Divi contact form not working

  • Hi, I’m just using wordfence and I’m amazed how cool it is and how helped me out with some security problems I had, once it was working the security issues stopped……so the contact form ??

    I’m using DIVI and its contact form, it doesn’t matter if I put the firewall in learning mode, as soon as it starts again, the form submissions are not working, any idea? Can’t stop using wordfence or Divi.

    Are you saying that the form works when the firewall is in Learning Mode but the form stops working when the firewall status is set to Enabled and Protecting?

    hi @wfphil exactly, I don’t know if Im setting this the right way, but that is exactly what happens.

    Thank you for the update.

    Please set the firewall status to Enabled and Protecting.

    Please find your IP address here:

    https://whatismyipaddress.com/

    Submit the form in another browser where the form doesn’t work due to the firewall blocking.

    Now go back to your normal browser and find the block for your IP on the Tools >> Live Traffic page.

    Expand the block to show all information, take a screenshot and send an image sharing service link to the screenshot please.

    Thanks, but every time I do this it records my admin info, so not sure if I’m doing this wrong
