Wierd grey rectangle

    Hi

    First thank you for your plugin. It is easy to use and have a “wow effect”.

    I am not sure I did everything right. I kind of did what I could.
    1. added a column
    2. added a paragraph
    3. copied the embed code [dflip id="1039" ][/dflip]

    Without column, the embed just went to the corner of the page

    Without the paragraph, I could not paste it/make it work.

    So it enventually, it did work. BUT

    There is a wierd grey little rectangle above the thumbnail + a space between the rectangle and the thumbnail.

    Anything I did wrong or could do better ?

    Hi,

    It looks like the text editor is trying to recreate the whole code formatting when pasting.

    Can you try pasting only the text CTRL+SHIFT+V or use a shortcode block.

    We had not experienced this before and will loo into it.

    You can see what happens when :
    1rst option : I paste directly the text CTRL+SHIFT+V
    2d option : I paste directly the shortcode

    >>>>>
    1rst option : I still have the grey rectangle
    2d option : well, you will see the disaster by yourself ??
    This is why I decided to use the columns.

    Hi,

    Big thumb image is due to the theme forcing it’s CSS to make it bigger.
    The theme literally forces anything to be fullwidth. to a max width of 58rem!

    So yes, please use columns.

    Which block are you adding the shortcode into. We tried pasting the code into paragraph block and we do not see the extra grey . We tried in the same theme.

    Please try using the shortcode blocks for adding shortcodes.
