    Hello to all,

we are developing an eshop functionality for one WordPress site using WooCommerce.

The issue is on the checkout page, when I am using for the payments the woo-payment-gateway-for-piraeus-bank plugin for intergration with piraeus Greek bank.

One the tests I am receiving the following error: Result code is 1003. : [SRID: 507080481] User not related to terminal.

So, is WooCommerce error or from the payment plugin? The design of the payment plugin is the redirection to the banks page and in checkout page is a message that the user will be redirect to the bank’s page and then came the error.

    Could please anyone help me?

    Thank you in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Reason you get that error is that there are no payment methodes are available.
It looks like the plugin is not fully working.
If you de-activate the plugin and use the original payment methodes from Woocommerce with Ideal, Paypal, bank transfer is that working?

Hey there, @apkourma! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Which payment gateway are you using?

Have you tried @0108daniel’s suggestion on checking if the default WooCommerce payments (such as cash on delivery for example) work?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
