    I’m hoping for a faster response on this forum than from the incredibly slow support for paid MailPoet subscribers. It’s been days now and I have no resolution for this. Most of my new subscribers are not entering the automation flow. Some do. There is no way it seems that I can manually trigger these subscribers to be added to the automation. Yes they are in the correct list and yes they are confirmed as subscribed. Does anyone have an idea?

    To support… I appreciate you are “restructuring” your support and that response times may be slower, but its been over a month now and from what I can see response times are all but non existent. When will there be proper support for people who are paying a premium for a beta service?
