Reviews no longer showing

    Hi guys
    I’m on WordPress 6.4.3 with all plugins updated to the latest version.
    The reviews I added to a slider on my site, suddenly don’t show up anymore.
    Previously they were perfectly visible, now they’re not.
    I checked the api, the IP-restrictions and the reviews are getting through just fine; just not showing front-end with the shortcode.
    Do you know what’s going wrong?

    @stijnknapen Please check in the plugin’s settings under Retrieved Data. Do you see any errors in there?

    If not, please try clearing either the plugin’s cache in Advanced or your website’s caching service or both.

    Sometimes, there is an issue with emoticons in reviews not being saved correctly into the database. So, if one of your recent or relevant reviews has emoticons, this could be causing the problem. If so, please enable sanitization of these characters by enabling: Clean Retrieved Data [x] Additional sanitization of retrieved data — emoticons are removed from text.
