Hi, I’m trying to add translations of the Cookies, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I am using the Polylang plugin to put two languages on the web, the main language is in Spanish and the secondary language English.
I have put the texts of Cookies in Spanish and when I change to English they are not translated, I would like to know how I can do it, thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @rosadominguez00,

I see a translated Cookie Banner on your site, and you’re using custom documents (e.g. not generated with Complianz) whereby the Complianz sections such as the Cookie List appear to be translated correctly as well.

Therefore I am not sure what the issue would be yet, which sections does this concern specifically?

The problem I have is that when adding cookies and cookies services if there is a language selector, but does not appear to translate the text of the banner, buttons and purposes.

I attach a link where two images are shown in relation to my problem.

    Hello @rosadominguez00,

These texts are customizable; and will therefore have to be translated by using the String Translation feature in the PolyLang plugin.

After you save the Consent Banner texts once in Complianz, these texts will be available in Polylang String Translation under the complianz text-domain, ready to be translated.

    Kind regards, Jarno
