Form blocked because of a “NOT” mandatory field

    ONLY under Mobile!! Desktop works!

    In Step 2 the form blocks because of the field “Requested date 1” which is not a mandatory field. If this is left blank, it will not continue.

    There is also no message, “Please fill in this field” …

    In addition, the “Placeholder text” is not displayed…
    The field is simply empty. As I said, everything is OK with desktop, only mobile causes problems…

    Furthermore, the boxes in step 3 in the mobile version for the selection lists are very large, although in the backend they are displayed in normal size…

    We tested with different Devices…

    Hi @fbmvi,

    We have tested all scenarios at our end, and it is working with the date inside the step. If the field is not required, then it should not cause any problem. Even if the field is required but hidden based on the condition, it also should not cause any type of problem. Regarding placeholders and checkbox size, our plugin does not add any CSS to Elementor form. It is only used to add conditions for Elementor forms, not to add CSS like styling for Elementor forms. So, it is not a case with our plugin. To resolve this, you can check if there is any conflict with one of your other plugins or the current theme that might cause this problem. For that, please try to deactivate your other plugins one by one to see the issue.
