    I am PRO user and created 2 tickets in sensei website dashboard, received confirmation emails – 72 hours passed but no respond. It is an urgent issue, but your support simply ignores created tickets.

    Sorry putting this here, but there is no alternative, your twitter is also seems to be dead and not used since 2022.

    We have a small support team, and are working through a large backlog of incoming support requests. Please note that submitting multiple tickets will not speed up the process.

    i understand that your team is small. But 80-90 hours delay is not something normal. It is very urgent issue and needed to be solved within few hours.

    but I have been waiting for 3+ days.
