    Good evening everyone wondering if anyone can help i get a infinity loading screen every time i try to use google listings & ads i’ve tried disabling all plugins besides woocommerce and google listings & ads it’s still giving me the issue so idk i’ve tried clearing out cache etc nothing helps

    Hi @mojoz76,

    As a first step, can you head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Clear your browser cache or use a different browser.

    Next, disconnect and reconnect your previous account properly:

    Once you’ve completed the above steps, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

    If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Same issue here, nothing helps.

    Cannot load https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name) and cannot perform the next three steps (Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect; Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account; Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (if you’ve installed)

    If I click “Settings”, I get the infinite loading spinner, page stays empty.

    Is there any other possibility to clear/reset the data? Why don’t you have this option on uninstall, as many other professional plugins offer?
