    Hello there,

    First of all, thanks for the great plugin. I have generated a coupon code with limitation on allowed emails. Is that possible to have the the coupon generated auto display at their respective My Account page?

    If no emails limitation set, will the coupon auto display at all user account page? Do enlighten me.

    Btw, I am using YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page.

    Regarding your query, the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin indeed provides the feature to display a coupon on the My Account page. You can achieve this by specifying ‘My Account’ in the ‘Display Coupon in’ option on the general tab of the coupon edit page. By doing so, the respective coupon will be displayed in the My Account section of all customers.

    Now, if you wish to display the coupon only for specific customers based on their email addresses, you can utilize the ‘Allowed email’ option under the usage restriction tab of the coupon edit page. By entering the email addresses of specific customers here, the coupon will only be displayed in the My Account page of those particular users.

    If no email restrictions are provided, as mentioned, the coupon will automatically be displayed in the My Account page of all customers.

    Additionally, we haven’t specifically tested this feature with the My Account page customized by the YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page plugin. Therefore, we recommend testing this feature with your customized My Account page to ensure it functions properly.

    Hello there,

    Thank you very much for your prompt response and well explanations.

    I can see option for “Display used coupons in My account” under “Used coupon” and “Expired coupon” tab, however there is no display option under “Available coupon” tab. I am using free version for now.

    By default, by specifying ‘My Account’ in the ‘Display Coupon in’ option, the coupon should automatically get displayed in the My Coupons section of the My Account page. Since the coupons are not appearing even after enabling this display option, and considering that your My Account page is customized using the YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page plugin, we suspect a compatibility issue may be at play.

    To troubleshoot this further, could you please deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page plugin and verify whether the coupons are then displayed? This step will help us confirm whether the compatibility with the plugin is causing the issue.

    Additionally, to further investigate this matter, we kindly request you to provide us with your WooCommerce System Status report via this link. You can generate this report by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report in your WordPress dashboard

    Furthermore, it would be helpful if you could share screenshots of all tabs of the coupon edit page through the provided link as well. This will give us a better understanding of your coupon settings and assist us in diagnosing the issue accurately.
