CF7 suddenly stopped sending messages

Dear developer and community. On my client’s website “https://magische-unterhaltung.de/kontakt/” all CF7 forms suddenly stopped sending emails and reply with an error message (“There was an error. Your message could not be sent. Please try again later…”).

There was non change in the server or configuration as far as me and my client know.

All plugins and WordPress are up to date.

Is there any idea what might have happened or changed. I saw a couple of other people reporting problems in the last couple of days.
