Cannot login to my.gtranslate.io or get password reset

    I’m trying to log into https://my.gtranslate.io/ and when I type in my username and password, I go through the reCAPTCHA test, and then it returns me to the login page with the login fields blank.

    I’m definitely not messing up on the reCAPTCHA because I know the difference between a frog and a hot dog ??

    I’ve also clicked on “forgot your password” and enter the proper credentials and I receive no email.

    Without the ability to login, I’m unable to make any updates to my translations.

    I’ve tried logging in via the following and have all of the same results.
    * Firefox 123.0.1
    * Chrome Version 122.0.6261.128
    * Version 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2)
    * Mobile Phone (iPhone 11) – Safari using my data (no Wifi)

    Please advise.
