For my client projects I use custom email addresses for my admin-accounts in their WordPress-websites. They look like [email protected]. Newsletters sent through the Mailpoet Sending Service don’t arrive in my mailbox. Sending an example of a newsletter does. Any solution?
I understand you are not able to receive emails to your custom email addresses. Can you please send us the following information to investigate this further:

Thank you for sharing the system info. I looked into the account and don’t see any problem with it and also can confirm that the email ID [email protected] is not suppressed in our system.
Just to doubt check, this is the email address you are using to send the newsletter preview? And another question, does it work when you use a different email ID?
That is not the exact address. My project-addresses look like that.
When I create a newsletter and send a preview to that address, it arrives just fine. When the newsletter is actually sent, it doesn’t. Not just on this website. Also on another website where I’m a registered administrator with a similar address. So somehow there’s a difference in handling mail when sending a newsletter to a list instead of just sending a preview to one address.
