  • Hey @tsso0120,

In the latest version of Google Analytics for WooCommerce there was an issue with purchase events and how the total order value was converted into the right data format.

Our team has fixed the issue and an updated version was released today. If you update to version 2.0.2 you should see the correct purchase values reported. If you still run into any problems after updating please let us know.

2.0.2 did not work. Same ridiculously inflated value. I switched to a different plugin. Thank you.

I’m sorry to hear you were still experiencing problems with the extension. To remove the inflated values from Google Analytics I’d recommend reviewing their data deletion documentation if you haven’t already: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9940393?hl=en

I’ll mark this thread as resolved but if you ever decide to re-install Google Analytics for WooCommerce please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.

it is not possible to remove the invalid conversion data using GA data deletion as it is only available for text parameters.
