    I’ve added a simple question, with conditional logic that works correctly with the correct answer (“Mixture”).

    However:

    1) I turned off Store Submissions but still get a “Form Entry Saved” div output with incorrect answers even thought the responses are indeed not stored. Is there a way to turn that off (besides CSS display hack)?

    2) is there a way to display a “Please try again” message with an incorrect answer?

    Hope this message finds you well.

    1. The default message would be the one you set at Behaviour >> Submission Behavior >> After Submission:

    2. The submission button should handle that message in the Label tab.

    However, we would like to take a look at your form. Could you export your form using the guide on this link: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export? Once exported, kindly use a Cloud service like Google Drive, pastebin.com, or similar to share it.
