Restrict Role from Woo Settings

    Hey Members

    I have a Store Vendor Role on a multivendor site. I can grant them wp-admin access from plugin. They can now add products and manage orders, but they also have full access to woo settings. And that’s a liability.

    Can I somehow restrict them from Woocommerce settings without restricting access to their woo stuff? Exactly where and how?

    Hi @hebhansen

    Members allows you to manage capabilities provided by plugins and it’s a plugin author decides which capability is used to grant access to specific feature. You will need to reach out to Woo team to see if they have any special capability to add products or manage orders. Unfortunately, many times plugin authors use manage_options capability to grant access to feature that gives users access to Administrator privileges.
