  • Hi @angelolazzari,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about the duplicated product variation. Let’s explore some potential reasons why the same SKU appears twice for the “Noir Tropical Eau de parfum” product variation.

    Product Variation Configuration:

    • Double-check the product variation settings. Ensure that there are no accidental duplicates or misconfigured variations.
    • Verify that the SKUs for each variation are unique. In your case, it seems that the SKU “PCE100NT” is associated with both the 100ml and 7ml variations.

    Database or Cache Issues:

    • Sometimes, cached data can cause discrepancies. Clear any WooCommerce caches and browser caches to ensure you’re working with the most up-to-date information.
    • If you’re using any caching plugins (such as WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache), flush their caches as well.

    Product Import or Migration:

    • If you recently imported products or migrated your store, there might be remnants of old data causing conflicts.
    • Review the product import process and ensure that there are no duplicate entries.

    Check for Hidden Variations:

    • Occasionally, hidden variations (e.g., out-of-stock variations) can cause confusion.
    • Go to the product edit screen, expand the variations section, and verify that there are no hidden variations.

    Inspect WooCommerce Logs:

    • WooCommerce logs can provide insights into any errors or issues related to product variations.
    • Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and check for any relevant entries.

    Review Product Attributes:

    • Confirm that the attributes (such as size or volume) are correctly assigned to each variation.
    • Ensure that the attribute terms match the variations (e.g., “15ml” corresponds to the correct SKU).

For the “Noir Tropical Eau de parfum,” the SKU “PCE100NT” is associated with both the 100ml and 7ml variations. To resolve this, you’ll need to update the SKU for one of these variations.

    • Change the SKU for the 7ml variation to a unique value.
    • Save the changes.

Keep us posted on your progress, and let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have checked everything and all is good, everything is correctly set as you told in your comment, how can we check it more deeply? thank you!

    ?? hey @angelolazzari

As a next step, in investigating this further, feel free to check out the Google Analytics code implementation, at the site.

Additionally, I’d recommend taking a look at the Order Attribution feature (if it’s enabled, or not), in the screen at?WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Order Attribution. More info:?https://woo.com/document/order-attribution-tracking/

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
