    You can check the browser console, do you get any Javascript errors?

    Hi, I couldn’t remember excatly but if you use Bricks Builder, regerate css files in settings and you can try deactive other plugins or you can check custom codes if you use.

    Did this get resolved? I have the same problem. Running in both latest version of Chrome and Firefox the console reports of errors in a settings.js file in the plugin.

    Hi, as far as I remember another plugin was causing this problem. You can check by activating the plugins one by one.
