    Greetings,

    my webshop?https://www.sailboatrc.com?runs WooCommerce for doing eCommerce within our RC sailing industry. Many years ago, we included the Stripe option (plugin) to accept credit cards and back then, we had the option available in WooCommerce settings in ur backend to add a custom fee for easy?payment we accept. However, last week we wanted to remove all payment fees so that they are 0% and that fee is not visible at all. However, this option is not available?anymore for Stripe?payments, it does not exist, but our 3.85% which we set up many years ago is still charged to all of our buyers. We have this option clearly visible for PayPal and Direct bank payment, so we easily removed the fee for these options two option,s however for Stripe it is nowhere to be found. I contacted Stripe they told me it is a WooCommerce issue, my IT support also told me they couldn’t fix it…

    I would appreciate your assistance as there are no more settings (filed) within the WooCommerce Settings / Payments tab that would enable me to put this fee back on 0% as I can’t change it anymore now.

    If I understand you correctly, you are having trouble removing a 3.85% fee that you added many years ago, which seems to be deducted from your users.

    So that I can be able to assist you further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us your System Status Report which you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    I see on your report you have the plugin: WooCommerce Extra Charges To Payment Gateway (Premium): by hemsingh1 – 1.0.3, is it possible you set up this fee with this plugin?

    If that was not how you set it up, do you remember the steps you took to do it?

    My friend, many thanks, I managed to fix it by going through plugins and deactivating the one mentioned (feeling a bit stupid now as well as I didn’t test that right away no matter that the setting to change fee disappeared).
    I have issues with some other very important plugins (for Composite products if I remember well) that do not work yet with the new version of WooCommerce, so I will update it ASAP, I appreciate your support and feel free to close this ticket now.
