    See below for more info. Seems the 2FA is only supposed to happen 1x month but client is having to do it each time. Any ideas?

    Client – Clean Talk is demanding 2FA from me every day from the same browser. It used to be once per month. Can you change this?

    Me – Seems it’s supposed only asked every month. My guess is that it uses a cookie to keep track of it, but that cookie is perhaps getting deleted at the end of your browser session? Some cookie-cutter extensions (ha) you might use could be doing that. If you do use something like that, can you exclude your own site somehow?

    Client – I tried adjusting my cookie settings, including creating an exception. I don’t think cookies are the issue because this began a week or so ago, well after we added Clean Talk and 2FA. Before that, there was no issue.

    Hello @wpcsphil,

    Please set the option “Two-factor authentication for chosen roles” to”Auto.

    Auto?means that the option will work in those cases when you log into your?admin account from a new device (other desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc.).

    On?means that the option will work every time you log into your admin account.

    Thanks for the quick response. The options I see are a bit different than in the at guide, https://app.screencast.com/LcUamPL3Z19cJ. Maybe because this is the premium version? I logged into your site first for support and it took me here, so I was figuring it was for both.

    Seems the “only for new devices” is the winner in this case though given my options. I’ll try that and see how it goes for them.

    Yes, you are correct, @wpcsphil.

    Formerly the third option called “Auto”, and now it was renamed to “Only for new devices” just to make the things clear for our customers.
