Unfortunately, this feature is not available with?WooPayments?at this time. However, our dev team has already developed and merged it into the dev version. Our team will review it and release an update soon.

Just to let you know, we don’t have a specific timeline for when this feature will be added to the stable version.

Did it change to black by default recently? Yesterday my fields been white and now black on black? Help!

Just as my colleague has shared above, this is a known issue that is still a work in progress and our dev team is working to find a solution.

I had the same problem with the background color being black and the text dark. I was able to change the background color to white following this, hopefully it will help you:

Our customer could not make any payment because of the credit card fields are set to black background and black text. This needs to get fix ASAP!

From what I gather, the ping on leaving a review you received was due to the fact of being the Original Poster (OP) in this thread.

Just to note, the fix was merged into production on February 22, while this thread was opened on March 7.

Just to note, the fix #8236 was part of the ones that shipped with version 7.3.0 of WooPayments, per its changelog.

To clarify, since this thread was opened the day after, did you already have a chance to update to version 7.3.0 of the plugin, and see if the issue persists on your site, or otherwise?
