• When replacing a PDF, the height of the ‘Click here to upload or drop file in this area’ panel is 9997 pixels, which makes it difficult for users to see the options below it. It doesn’t happen if I’m replacing an image.

    Hi Sriom,

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/2Zod0oa.png

Most probably this is a conflict with another plugin. Could you please deactivate all of them except Enable Media Replace and try again?

    Thank you!

Any updates to this? I have same issue. I have disabled every plugin and still “new file” box is 9999px in height. It has something to do with filetype??

    PDF-file
Both boxes are 9000px height with JPG-file.
    with .XLSX files its normal.

    EDIT:
Im using WP Offload Media plugin + Google Cloud Storage for media files.

    Hi Gerard

It still happens with all plugins disabled. Something seems to be setting the height to 9999px in this DIV:-

    <div class="image_placeholder not_image upload-file-action" style="width:575px; height:9999px">

    Thanks

    hello @sriom, @vvillell,

Since we’re not able to reproduce this on our test environments, would it be possible to send us a sample PDF file where the issue is reproduced? If the file in discussion cannot be publicly shared, please write to us here, mentioning this ticket.

    Thank you!

    hello @sriom and @vvillell,

I want to follow up on this and ask if you can provide us with some sample files for us to test with. We might have an update to our plugin in the coming weeks and I’d like to also get a fix in place for this situation. If that’s not possible, I’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved next week.

    Thanks!
