    Hello,

Thank you for your help in previous support tickets. I have 2 questions.

    1. Anytime a new role is mapped to a membership and saved, all of the prior mapping is removed except for the new role. All mapping must be recreated then saved a second time to get the mapping back. Any ideas how to prevent this?
    2. There are some cases where a user disconnects their discord, then cancels the membership, but the bot can’t update their discord channels because they have been disconnected. Is there a way to removed someones access if they disconnect discord to prevent gaming the system?

Happy to hear your thoughts as always!

    Hi @theleviaaron ,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon retesting, I couldn’t replicate the issue you described regarding the removal of prior mappings when a new role is added. To assist you better, could you please provide more details about the roles involved? Additionally, I recommend checking the console for any errors that might shed light on this matter.

Regarding the second question, it’s logical that if a user disconnects their Discord account, the bot won’t be able to update their channels due to the removal of their user token. To address this, I suggest enabling the ‘Kick members out when they Disconnect their Account?’ option found in the Advanced Tab. This will automatically remove disconnected users, ensuring system integrity.

Your feedback and further details would be greatly appreciated as we work towards resolving these issues promptly.

    Best regards,
