    Hello,

    we are experiencing several problems and have received no support.

    We purchased live seating, but it doesn’t seem to work at all, in order:

    • Once the seats have been created and the spacing added, these are not respected at the front end and the seats are all attached without spaces.
    • If a user has purchased the ticket but does not complete the purchase phase, but from the back end we complete the booking with the user receiving the confirmation email, he finds it in his area, but on the event page the seats they are free and can be purchased by another person.
    • Still from the front end I select my seats and go to checkout, I have 200 seconds to complete the order, in this time the seats should be reserved, but this is not the case, another user could purchase the same seats as me…. ..

    How is possibile?

    Two different session, i booked some tickets…. but in another session i can purchase the same tickets???

    I’m sorry but the developer must not support customers on this site. That is not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
