website is blank after installation on windows server

    Recently we installed wordpress on a windows server and everything went fine.
    We can login to admin and create post and pages, change theme and add plugin and all, but when we go to homepage to see the website it shows blank…nothing displayed…
    Has it to do with file permission on windows server?
