WordPress Dashboard showing Blank White Screen when Clicking on Tabs

    Greetings !
    Hope you are doing fine.

    I have a website made on WordPress having a third-party paid Theme being used but the issue that I am currently facing is related to the WordPress Dashboard. I have checked and confirmed this concern with the default WP Theme activated too but the issue persists, so it seems to be an issue at the WP-level as of my understanding uptil now.

    The issue is when I am clicking on any tab on the Dashboard like Pages, it is not showing that specific Page screen instead it is showing blank white screen, like shown in the following Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/DwckLP.jpg

    So, can anyone please guide me regarding this issue, as to why this suddenly occurred? Because earlier everything was working fine.

    Just to let you know, my pHp version is 8.0, I am using the Elementor page builder which is already updated to its latest version and I am not using WooCommerce on my website as it is a Tech Agency website so there isn’t any use of WooCommerce here. Hoping for a solution asap !

    Sometimes a faulty plugin causes this issue. Temporarily disable all plugins and check if the problem persists.?If not, reactivate them one by one to identify the issue.

    Secondly, Switch to the default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One). If the issue disappears, your theme might be causing the problem.

    Clear the WordPress Cache. Hopefully, the Issue will be resolved.

    Brother! I know all these Debugging Processes and I have already tried them all and still the issue is persisting which is why I have raised the Support Topic in this regard because I haven’t faced this sort of issue earlier.

    If you know anything else in this regard, it would be highly appreciable.

    A blank page means that PHP is crashing, and that’s almost always due to a conflict introduced by a plugin or theme.

    If you have not already deactivated all plugins, including Elementor, and switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    If you have already deactivated all plugins, including Elementor, and switched to the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme and saw no difference, try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

    Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
