    Hi,
I have a problem with a simple store that has only 3 products at the moment, only 2 are sold, the third one is out of stock. I have configured the shipping only for Spain (except for 3 regions within Spain) and that for orders over 99€ is free and for the rest of cases a fixed price.
The thing is that the free shipping option is not shown neither in the cart page nor in the checkout.
I have deactivated all my plugins, I have changed the theme and the problem persists.
Can anyone help me, have you heard or seen anything like this?

    Hi @kala87,

This seems a complex issue. Unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate it on my testing site using WC 8.6.1. However, could you replace the checkout block with the classic checkout or shortcode on the checkout page and see whether it works or not?

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi Shameem,

Thank you for your response. Here is the Status Report.

And here the fatal error logs:

I’ve tried the shortcode, but it’s the same, doesn’t show the two options.

Thank you again for your help ??

    Hey, @kala87!

I’ve tried the shortcode, but it’s the same, doesn’t show the two options.

    All right! Thanks for trying.

I tried to check the report and error logs on the links you shared so we can investigate this further, but both links are no longer available. Can you please share them again?

    Thank you!

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hey, @kala87! Thank you!

Can you please run a conflict test to see if something external is interfering with this?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi carolm29,

    Thank you for your answer.

I did it, but the problem persists. It isn’t my theme or some installed plugin.

I have installed a copy of the store on another server and the problem persist. We can use this copy as staging.

One thing I have noticed is that if I turn off the fixed price shipping, the free price is not detected and instead it tells me that “No shipping options are available. Please check your shipping address.”

What can I do to know what is the problem?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @kala87,

I tested this on your site and I can confirm it’s not picking up the free shipping method: https://prnt.sc/RLA1k03q2FZP. Let’s review this further.

Can you please go to your WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Settings → Enable debug mode and try again to learn more? You can do this on your Staging site, too, since you’ve made a copy already!

If possible, try disabling all other plugins just keep WooCommerce and use Storefront on the staging site to test, please.

    All the best,
    Omar

    Hi omarfpg,

    here you have: https://hitzkareaga.com/pampam/producto/pampam-con-implante-coclear/
I enabled debug mode and deactivate all the plugins, except Woocommerce and I changed to Storefront.
If you add two items you have more than 95€ for free shipping to be shown, but it is not shown.
    Thank you for your help!!

    Hi @kala87!

Thank you for reaching out back.

I checked your site and can confirm the issue you have.

Could you please check if the shipping methods for the Spain zone have the Free Shipping option as the first one?

You can find this by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones -> Select the Shipping Zone (Spain).

It should look something like this:

If Free Shipping is not in the first place, drag and drop it to the top, save changes and check if it helps to solve the issue.

    I hope this helps.

Let us know how it goes for you!

    Hi, @kala87!

I tried to check the image you sent, but it says I don’t have permission to access it.

Could you please send it again? In this case, you could also use online image hosting services like Imgur or imgbb to temporarily share the image.

Since you mentioned the Free Shipping method is the first option and still isn’t working, we would like to dive deeper into your setup to check what the issue could be. Kindly share a screenshot of:

    • The Free Shipping settings: You can find them by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones -> Select the Shipping Zone (Spain) and clicking the ‘Edit’ button in the Free Shipping option.
    • ?Your Shipping classes: You can find this by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Classes

    Looking forward for your response!

    Hi @kala87 ??

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

As a next step, in troubleshooting this, could you please go ahead with disabling the coupon option for free shipping (showcased in this screenshot), and see if the issue persists, or otherwise?

We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Hey, @kala87!

    Thanks for trying!

Can you please change the free shipping value and check if it works?

I see your products are 59,90, right? Let’s try setting the free shipping to 40 and see if it works. When you do this, do not add 40,00, please add only 40 (without the comma) so we can see if this also interferes.

The reason I’m asking is so we can try to pinpoint what exactly is causing the issue here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
