    Dear all,

    While I’m not sure with which version of WP or WP HTML Email Designer the issue started, we are currently running v5.8.9 and v3.4.5 respectively and get the following display when attempting to edit the email templates (only the preview section is displayed), preventing any editing.

    Does anyone has a solution/workaround to offer?

    Hello @ovix,

    this issue appears to be related to script loading. The JS file is probably not being loaded correctly. Please deactivate and uninstall the plugin, and then reinstall it again. If the issue persists, please load the page open the browser console (right click -> inspect -> console) and make a screenshot of the error message in the console. Please also check if you have a plugin that might prevent script files from loading. These could be security related plugins such as a firewall or also a caching problem. So also try to empty your cache and deactivate any caching plugins.

    Please let me know if these steps resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your quick feedback and follow up!

    Unfortunately deactivating, removing and adding back the extension did not help (clearing the cache either), I get the exact same behavior after the test.
