Extra thumbnails still on the server after image is deleted

    Hello,

    Thank you for the work and the awesome plugin!

    I deleted a couple of images but I noticed that is not deleting all the thumbnails from the server.

    Example: Please see the image attached for reference.

    The image “utensils ID 743” said that there are (+ 11 files) which are the thumbnails.

    But when I go to the server ?and see the folder there are extra thumbnails that the plugin is not detecting or deleting. In the server there are a total of 18 thumbnails as show in the screenshot , and the plugin only detected 11 thumbnails.

    After image deletion – 11 thumbnails still remain on the server folder from that image.

    Please let me know if there is any solutions on this and how to get rid off all the thumbnails.

    Hey @ewsweb! ??

    It is possible that due to using third-party plugins or themes, some of the thumbnails might not be perfectly synced between their media and database entry. That might be the reason why some are not entirely deleted. Without more information or a reliable way to reproduce this, it’s hard to understand more.

    If emptying the trash isn’t working properly, you can safely follow the procedure outlined in this documentation:
