    Hi. I have updated the plugin in my testing web and the banner is not showing. I have an error in the console. I t says :”cmplz_deny_all is not defined”

    I have installed as well your other recommended plugin, the one for the SSL, I don’t now if it is related. I mention it just in case. I have seen as well that the desktop says I have just the 60% of the requirements. I have the free version, is that the reason? Thanks in adavance regards.

    @nuevaenword I just checked your site, the banner loads normal for me. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh? Or in a private browser window?

    @nuevaenword I was able to reproduce this issue. Clearing the cookies will resolve the issue for now, but I will create a fix for this as well.

    @nuevaenword I have created a fix here:
    https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr/tree/cmplz_deny_all

    It changes the order in which the functions are loaded.

    As the issue only occurs if you have old cookies in the browser with an accepted policy id, and the policy id has changed, I had some trouble to reproduce it, but was able to find the cause finally.

    The above branch fixes it for me. Let me know if this works for you as well!

    I’ll mark it as resolved for now, as the branch resolved the issue on my testing environment. As it is a front-end js change, we can’t have it fully tested for all configurations before the 7.0.2 release today, but I’ll ensure that it’s included in the 7.0.3 release.

    Ok. Yes, I have checked that the banner appears in private mode. I`m not going to remove cookies I prefer to test the new version instead. I suppose that the progress of just the 60% has to do with the fact that I have the free version. I’m I rigth? thanks in advance. Regards

    @nuevaenword On my testing environment, I can get to 75%, if I dismiss all dismissible items, so you should be able to get that as well.

    Hi there,
    I have several websites where the cookiebanner is not showing anymore after updating to new 7 version.
    Deleting old cookies does not solve the problem, even incognitomode

    Hi @youlikeitmobilus,

    I’ve checked your sites in the other thread where you responded, and the Cookie Banner currently appears correctly on both of them.

    @marsronny,

    If the banner is not showing for you, possibly the plugin detects a configuration that doesn’t require a banner.

    Can you try to go to Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> Services, enable at least one Marketing service (like YouTube for example), save the settings and Finish the Wizard in the final step, to see if that works?

    If not, please open a new thread with an URL to the website in question.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi there,
    Thanks a lot for the replies. After startint again the wizard and chosing tcp none the problem is solved indeed.
