If using ‘remove from category’, no other bulk edits are performed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Display listing of some post type that are in draft status & which have are assigned to one or more categories.
2. Select a number of posts.
3. Select ‘edit’, then click Apply
4. Select a category from which to remove.
5. Select ‘remove from category’
6. Set status to ‘published’
7. Click Apply

Expected outcome: Posts will be removed from category & status set to ‘published’.

Actual outcome: Posts are removed from category, but status remains ‘draft’.

Note:

• Bulk edit still works if ‘remove from category’ is not selected.
• this is mostly bringing to owner attention, I can work around this at present.
• Guessing this may be more of a documentation issue than a functional defect – if the plugin will only ever be able to affect the category assignment (which seems plausible), perhaps fields could be deactivated that aren’t actionable.
