    Hi,
Here’s the screenshot of the error logs creating 404 errors (lots of them), and all are associated with Jetpack.

What could be the reason behind this?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

It looks like you stumbled upon a known issue our developers are already working on: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/35634

You may want to subscribe to the link above so you can follow it along and get notified when a fix is on its way.

Meanwhile, you may want to fix the Jetpack connection as it is not working as expected at the moment.

Can you reach out to your host and ask them if the PHP XML extension is installed and active on your server? If it’s not installed PHP won’t be able to parse XML, which will result in the error being reported.

It’s also worth checking whether any Jetpack IP addresses are blocked. The full IP range can be found at the bottom of this page.

Also, check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled, and try temporarily disabling them to see if it fixes the problem. You may also want to search for any firewall on your server-side that might be blocking the communication with the xmlrpc.php file – your host should be able to help you with that.

Let us know if you need help to fix the connection. Thanks!

    Hello @fskhan619,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
