• Hello

Since upgrading to HPOS, with Compatibility Mode enabled, it seems that my order numbers are no longer sequential.

It seems the order is skipping/jumping 1, every order.

    Example new sequence: 9, 11, 13

Not sure if this has anything to do with the “syncing” of HPOS compatibility mode?

    Thanks

    Ian

I have the same issue, and found that for every order it creates a second “ghost” order. You don’t see it in the dashboard but it not only creates an incomplete second order, but it also creates its invoice, which is anoying because it generates a ghost invoice, with sequencial invoice number, something not accepted in spain, so that real invoices skip one number every time.

Ah very interesting, thanks for your input. I also spotted some questionable behaviour with invoicing, I just haven’t had enough data to confirm yet.

I use the plugin “PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce”

Really hope this gets fixed soon, as it affects some serious things when it comes to order management & accounting

I use the same plus, PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – Professional
I’ve tested painfully taking out hpos, compatibility, and finally the whole thing, and it’s still duplicating orders. So I took out PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – Professional, leaving only the basic one, and no more duplications

PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – Professional is malfunctioning since hpos

One more thing, although the ghost order doesn’t show in the dashboard, when you cancell the original order, you recieve an email informing that both are cancelled

    Hi @b4zman,

We have just released a new version of booster v7.1.8.

Can you please upgrade the plugin and confirm whether your fix has been included or not?

    Hi @gravid7

I can confirm, with updated plugin, the issue has not been fixed.

I can also confirm a little bit mre info, I have tried a different PDF invoice plugin, and despite previous comments, for me at least, that made no difference, and issue still persisted.

Let me know if you need any more info, really hoping to get this sorted.

    Thanks!

Hi, I have same problem recently, attach the picture below,

When someone ordered from my shop, the Next Invoice Number always increased more than 1.

According the number logs, the repeated order number appeared and invoice number also do to skip number.

Where could i go to fix that problem?

Our website’s condition: WordPress v6.5.3, Woocommerce v8.9, WPML

    Thanks
