    Hello,

I’ve encountered an issue with the backup process. Following the instructions, I’ve shared the debug information and was provided with a debug code.

Here is my debug code: BMI-EDY1vSsP-35949

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there is any additional information you require to diagnose or address the problem, please let me know.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards.

    Hi @georgebawesome

The process failed during extraction of files, error received by your browser indicates that the connection was killed on network level which gives hint that it was killed by most likely firewall or some kind of rate-limiter software.

    Please check if:

    1. You have enough space for the restoration, you need at least 600 MBs of free space to process.
    2. If you have any firewall enabled in LiteSpeed Web Server configuration please disable it (and/or) do the same with rate-limiting configuration in your LSWS dashboard, as administrator of the website you shouldn’t have any limits applied but in this case it seem to be not configured properly.

    https://openlitespeed.org/kb/per-client-throttling/

https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsadc/security/ – you can disable both of these.

Once you do that, try to run the restoration once again it should work without issues, after that you can enable these options back.

In case of issue with the configuration, please ask your hosting provider to do that for you, you can also share URL to this topic, so the context for them will be easier to understand.

    Thank you!
