ull Site Editor – Black editing area and progress bar moves very slowly

    Hi,

    Sorry for duplicating. I publisher the problem on Twenty Twenty-four forum.

    Full Site Editor doesn’t work. After clicking Editor, the editing area remains black, but I can see the menu on the left. In fact, the progress bar moves very slowly without ever reaching the end. I tried Twenty Twenty-Four and Creativity Hub. In both cases, they don’t work either in preview or once activated. A search on the Internet tells me that I’m not the only one with such a problem. But I can’t find any solutions. Everything is up to date, my computer is powerful and my connection is fast. I’ve tried two browsers, Firefox and Edge. This is a new site, so there’s hardly anything installed, and yes I deactivated the three plugins that I have and flush the WordPress cahche and the browser cahce.

    I installed WordPress 6.4.3. A fresh installation.

    • Does Full Site Editor work for some of you?
    • Is this a known problem?
    • What are the most common solutions?

    Sometimes it can move slow for me under Safari if I’m using a theme with a lot of templates/patterns, but I never trouble under Vivaldi or Firefox.

    Do you have the same issue with all browser add-ons or extensions temporarily deactivated?

    Thank you, that’s settled. It was a problem with the host.
