Anonymous chat not working

  • If I remove tag “Disable Anonymous Users” no-one can see the chat. It says even administratots “You are not allowed to enter the chat”

    If I tag that one, admins can chat.

    Any ideas how to activate Anonymous Users?

    Debug-mode is not visible, even activated.

    Hello,

    What shortcode you used to display the chat? Maybe the option is overridden in the shortcode.
