Can’t get projects to show up on site

    Helloo

    I’ve added my projects and selected images. I’ve pasted the shortcode into a shortcode element box on my portfolio page. But it’s not displaying in link. It’s just displaying when i’m connected in wordpress, other wise in the website it shows black, i already tried to put global loading in settings, but its the same thing…

    As to the following part:

    Please let us know whether the portfolio is normally opened when you are logged-in and it is not being displayed if you are a guest.

    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. The link you provided us with can’t be opened when we open it as a guest.

    Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    2. Provide us with the screenshot of the Settings tab of the given portfolio so that we can check the settings configuration.

    3. Let us know whether a cache is generated on the page, where the given portfolio is located. If yes,?then, clear the?caches.
    After clearing the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.?

    4. Also, please click on the?F12?key, open your?Console > Error tab,?and?screenshot it. Then, provide us with the?screenshot?so that?we can check the availability of errors.
