    My client contacted me yesterday that their products were no longer visible on the product pages. When I logged in to their website, I saw an alert that the Woocommerce database needed an update, which I did.

    I returned to the website page and the products were now visible. However, my client still couldn’t see them. After some digging, we realized that if we are logged into the site, you can see the products. Anyone not logged in like the customers only sees a comment box.

    Can anyone explain what’s happening?
