• My wordpress site was hacked. So I backed up my site and re-installed wordpress using a different database, username, ect. However, i have now lost everything, is there any way to retrieve my old pages and content?

    Thanks

Point it back to the old database ?? all your posts are there.

    How do I do that?

And if the virus is still somewhere in my old wordpress, wont it load into my new one?

The “virus” would have been in the files, not the database. If the old database still exists, just edit your wp-config.php file to point to it (database name, database user, password, host, etc).

If the database is gone, then so is your content.
