File upload not working

I hope you’re well today!

Checking form outside (I tried to submit form with a small jpg image), I can see the error upon ajax request, that states that that there was an issue with file transfer.

However, there’s no other errors or information that could explain that.

Usually such issues would be related to either

– not enough storage space on the server/hosting account – but I’m guessing you checked that already and there’s enough free space, right?

– to strict folder permission (making it impossible to save files) – does upload directly to the Media Library in back-end or plugin installation work?

– some sort of a security tool

But before we move on, could you try switching upload field from “single” to “Multiple” mode (then you can still set limit of 1 file if you want to) and then you’ll be able to switch upload field in settings to “Ajax” upload method. Could you try that and see if it changes anything?
