How to stop receiving plugin update notifications

Although I disabled all but very necessary notifications, I still got notification when my plugins were updated – i have wordfence too and it was auto updated. How can I disable receiving emails when wordfence or any other plugin is updated? I checked wordfence options and saw nothing related to email notifications for plugin updates. I also don’t know if this is not related to wordfence but I must do through wp dashboard but in that case I also don’t know how. How can I stop receiving emails when my plugins are updated?
