Issues marked “Resolved” NOT resolved!!

    I see my previous two requests marked as “Resolved” when they are NOT resolved!! I assumed that the original poster would mark issues “Resolved” when they are actually resolved. When the developer marks issues “Resolved” after and incomplete or unsatisfactory response, the “Resolved” marker is meaningless.

    We mark topics as resolved to make it easier for us to manage our responses and track which requests we have already addressed. We deal with a huge number of requests across different plugins, so this helps us stay organized. You can reply to a resolved topic and “un-resolve” it if you want to continue the discussion, of course. Thank you for your understanding. ??
