The user fields from your plugin are not visible on the checkout page because I’m using this pro checkout field editor plugin. I’ve tested this because when I deactivate that plugin then your user fields are visible. I really need the checkout field editor plugin and also really need your plugin. So I was wondering if there is a quick fix/code with which I can see the user fields and make use of your functionality?

If needed I can send temporary access to the admin.

  • Hi,

Even for our PRO Add-on, we cannot guarantee compatibility with 3rd party plugins.

If that plugin is removing our fields, you should reach out to them in the first place, as we’re using the standard woocommerce_billing_fields hook on priority PHP_INT_MAX. This information should be useful for them.

Even if we cannot guarantee compatibility with 3rd party plugins, we’ll do our best to make it work, but we do need feedback from them first as it’s their plugin making our fields disappear and it’s a pro plugin we don’t have access to.

Thanks for your quick reply. I contacted them. As soon as I have a reply and need your assistance I will let you know

Good. Let us know and we’ll try to do whatever we can on our side, if needed. Pass them this information:

    we’re using the standard?woocommerce_billing_fields?hook on priority PHP_INT_MAX.

they fixed it for me! Other question I have is, is it possible to select a existing customer in a dropdown? Because now it is only possible to order as a client based on their emailadres. A dropdown with the names of the customers would be more handy

aah okay. Is it a email dropdown or can I also search by name in that dropdown?

    Hi again,

It’s our own field where you can search by email, name, phone and company name. Check the first image (animated GIF) at https://ptwooplugins.com/product/shop-as-client-for-woocommerce-pro-add-on/

After you pick the user all the fields will be updated automatically with the existing user details, which you may choose to change, or not.
