    Hi,
    I am facing problem with MY account page, When a customer tries to logs into their account, after putting correctly the email and password, it does not take them to MY account dashboard and does not logs in. And redirects it to the same page (where login/register forms show i.e MY ACCOUNT) without logging in. Also when i put wrong password, it redirects/refreshes the page and does not show any error.


    It was working fine before, but now it is not.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that customers are not able to log in as expected and are redirected to the registration/login page after logging in to their account with the correct credentials, correct?

    As a first step, can you head over to?Dashboard??Settings??Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings.

    If this makes no difference, can you please share the following with us here:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log:?Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Additionally, please navigate to?WooCommerce →? Settings →??Advanced?tab and share a clear screenshot of the “Account endpoints” area:
