Hard to cancel – and they don’t refund

I asked this company to not renew my service a week before they did. Since then, I haven’t got a refund. I don’t use the plugin anymore for a few different reasons, and they didn’t make it easy to cancel. They refuse to provide a refund too. Use a different plugin. I quit using the pluging due to conflicts with other plugins, which had an impact on site speed.
