I did the local backup, downloaded 4 files, three of them over 300mb and one of them 16mb.

The 3 files with more than 300mb when I upload them to restore give the error (corrupt zip file).

I really need help, because if it doesn’t work I’ll have to redo the client’s website.

    Hello,

In this case, you need to create a new backup for your source site as it is corrupted.

Generally, in order to backup/restore successfully, make sure that the available disk space on source and target webservers are more than twice as large as the size of the website.

    Kind regards.
