• Our account has 10-12 domains connected. The last email sent out, was Jan 19th, and from what we can see had no issues. Today we randomly are told that not just one, but ALL OF THEM are disabled, and to fill out some weak form that tells you they dont care about support and that their “Wait Times” are longer due to blah, blah, blah. Just say you don’t care, don’t mask or hide it behind some BS excuse. Who sends an error and does not include the problem? Way to go FULL GOOGLE on us. Get your shiz together and stop wasting people’s time. If you want people to be able to do something about it, how about some report data? How about you tell us who and which emails are marking it as spam, or maybe toss us a bone to let us know which of the MANY DOMAINS ARE LOADED UP INTO AN ACCOUNT? Man, it’s like braindead are amongst the dev staff. No worries we will wait all weekend for no fix or solution. Why sell or offer an unsupported product?

    Hi there @nicelydonesites,

Thanks for reaching out here and also for contacting us directly via email about your recent account service suspension.

I have now replied to the email you sent, so please check your inbox for more detail on the issue relating to your account, and how to fix it. For the record, while you had not sent any newsletters in a few weeks, one of the sites connected to your multi-site license has been the victim of an attack bot and thus, many transactional emails on the site have been bouncing or marked as spam.

Dealing with the attack is our path forward here – details are in the email we have sent you.

As additional information, it’s important to know that when you have a group license with us (i.e. a plan that allows many different websites to be connected, such as an AppSumo or Agency plan), when any of your connected websites hits the spam or bounce limit, then?all sites on your account are suspended by default.?This is because accounts that are truly sending out spam often use multi-site licenses like these to get around any bans; sites that truly send spam in our system affect all our customers so putting them on immediate lockdown is our priority, to protect your brands and ours.
    ?
With our manual intervention in cases like yours, we can adjust this so that only the affected site is blocked. I have done this for you at this time, so that other sites connected to your group account are restored and only the site under attack is paused.

However, should this happen again, our system will put your entire account into lockdown for the reasons listed above, and only reaching out to us by email will allow for the manual workaround.
