    Hi, I’ve detected that the table named ac_abandoned_cart_history_lite is really huge, weighting more than 150 MB and with aprox 75 k registers.

    Is there any safe way to empty this table? Will this affect to the plugin functionality?

    Hi @fernandot,

    Our plugin has an option “Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days” which will automatically delete abandoned cart orders after X days. Can you please tell me what value you have set for this option?

    The setting “Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days” is located at WooCommerce -> Abandoned Carts -> Settings -> General -> Settings. Kindly set the value for this option to 365 first, so that will delete a major chunk of the records from the database table.

    Once these records get removed from your site, we recommend you to set a lesser value like 30/60/90 days to this option so the abandoned carts will get removed after this period instead of being stored for such a long in the DB.

    Please do the same and let me know if the table “ac_abandoned_cart_history_lite” reduces the data or not.

    The value is set at 365 days, so I did set it at 90 days or less, but the table remains with the same weight (157 Mb)
