    I trust you’re doing well, and thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Upon importing the pop-up onto a test website on my end, I thoroughly tested its functionality and found no issues. I’ve refreshed the page, and checked from various browsers and devices, yet I couldn’t detect any anomalies.

    I suspect a conflict with the plugin or theme is causing an issue on your website. Can you perform a complete conflict test to debug the issue further?

    Thanks for the answer.

    I’ve done some testing, and this isn’t a plugin, nor a theme conflict issue. I only have 4 plugins installed. One of theim being Hustle, and the other 3 all being related to WooCommerce. I use the theme Flatsome.

    The pop-up did work for the first couple of days, then it suddenly just stopped working. No one had touches the settings either.

    It looks like the domain name specified on the Visibility tab in the exported popup is different from your current site domain:

    Could you please make sure that the URL is correct in the popup visibility rule, save the popup settings, and then test it again after flushing the caches.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I created a pop-up. it was everything fine and it had a right visibility. Today I created the second one for another page and now I can’t see both of them. I deleted the second one. I cleaned cache and cookies. Tried different browsers. Deactivated plugin. Unpublished and published again. No result. I did’t install any new plugin since yesterday. I created the same pop-up on the another website (not imported) and it worked also, but since today no more.

    Please help me. I like your plugin and settings and don’t want to look for another one.
