• We tested three products before deciding on WP Event Manager. My first question to support met with a very quick response, however all subsequent questions have had no response at all. This is even more surprising when I was asking how I could pay for our installed system! It means we can’t actually use the product as I want. It does make me worry about the quality of support and if I don’t get a reply within the next day or so we will be forced to choose one of the other products.
